Don Perlis
American Don Perlis is a well known painter and a teacher with more than 35 years of experience. Don's class is open to beginners as well as advanced students. It is a class teaching the fundamentals of figurative painting. There will be a model available and posed in a setting. Students will have a deeper understanding of the process by the end of class.

In this workshop Pete will share with you this joyful creative practice by teaching you the essentials of outdoor painting.

All of our art teachers are professional artists with many years of art practice and exhibition histories. They have a wealth of knowledge that they are willing to share with you in a supportive and enjoyable environment. Your time spent with them is sure to be rewarding.
A Personal Service
Your hosts (Christine and Stephen) have developed, over time, extensive and intimate knowledge of the local excursions and experiences in and around Todi and further afield that will cater to your interests. Their passion for art uniquely places them in a position to make considered recommendations to those with similar interests. This is in addition to the more essential matters for a comfortable stay including accommodation, transfers, dining and shopping.
Opportunities to Exhibit
An opportunity to exhibit your work in a group exhibition of class graduates will be discussed with the teacher. Learning about exhibiting your work and the business of being an artist will be an opportunity that may well start you on a new life path.

You will meet local artists and experience true cultural exchange in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Social events can lead to lasting friendships with local artists and create networks together. Todi has a vibrant artistic community of people who are passionate about their work.
Easy Accommodation and Transfers
Enjoy the convenience and comfort of apartments in Todi in easy walking of the Class studio or luxuriate in a resort style Palazzo in Todi centro or ‘Agritoruismo’, a short drive from Todi. Accommodation and transfers from airports and other towns are all very easily arranged by your host (Stephen) though separate from tuition fees (see FAQs).

Sightseeing tours of historical architecture and monuments ; amazing landscapes; and various food and wine tastings are just a few of the optional excursions on offer for you and your companions and family to enjoy (see Guides). Grab some pasta and gelato for lunch by walking the local streets - easily doable for adults and children alike.
